Ron Frazier, my veteran who is fighting to prove he was exposed to Agent Orange on Okinawa, made the Japan Times. Thanks to some great reporting and other courageous vets, perhaps the VA will begin to universally recognize that U.S. Veterans who served in Okinawa were exposed to Agent Orange. The VA extends such a presumption to Vietnam, obviously, but also to many other lesser known areas, such as along the DMZ in Korea.
